A key area where Thyson Technology can help is in providing maintenance support 24 hours a day. Some industrial and service sectors may have difficulty providing Engineers out of hours and at short notice due to varying reasons, Thyson Technology can provide can fulfil this shortfall direct to the end Client or as additional support to other service providers.

Thyson Technology Ltd already provide 24 hour call out to a variety of industrial sectors. Some examples are;

  • Thames Water PLC- Water Utilities Industry
  • GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) - Pharmaceutical Industry

1. Skilled Engineers
All Thyson Technology Ltd Engineers are available for call out. Whether the system is process instrumentation or a CEMs package our skilled engineers will be on site within 24 hours. An engineer will remain on site until the system is repaired or an alternative solution is agreed. This provides the Client with security and confidence.

3. Technical Support
Sometimes Clients or end users may be unsure as to whether there is a fault with the equipment not and may be reluctant to call someone out due to their own process issues. Thyson Technology Ltd provide technical support through our office during normal working hours and direct engineer support out of hours.

4. Back-up Resources and Spare Parts
Should an Engineer require assistance on site we will automatically send an additional Engineer automatically. All Engineers carry spare parts for the systems we maintain. Alternatively Clients have the option of free issuing these parts to Thyson Technology Ltd if they wish.
